Paul Spaeth

Paul Spaeth has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Paul started their career at Adknowledge as an Account Manager, where they gained extensive experience in CPC/CPA display, email, search, and app spaces. Paul then joined Ad.net as an Account Manager and Business Development professional, where they helped build the CPC email marketing division and expanded the business to include other traffic sources.

In 2014, Paul became the Marketing and Media Lead at Keyrious, a luxury jewelry and experience e-commerce brand. Paul played a key role in defining and executing the marketing strategy, as well as ensuring consistent brand guidelines across all channels.

From 2017 to 2019, Paul worked at TechGrayscale as a Project Manager and Business Developer. Paul managed the end-to-end design and development of digital projects and oversaw the day-to-day tasks of creative, UI/UX, and development teams.

In 2018, Paul took on the role of Associate Director at the Mitakuye Foundation, a non-profit organization that brings arts programs to underserved Lakota children. Paul ran operations and technical coordination for various events and art programs on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation.

Currently, Paul is serving as the Chief Operating Officer at VOLTAGE, where they are responsible for offering top-tier e-commerce services such as agile web development, conversion rate optimization, AB testing, and site performance and SEO.

Prior to their current role, Paul founded and managed SpaethMusic Inc, where they handled production and marketing strategies for music, film, and TV projects. Paul also worked with major international brands on music production services for TV ads, films, and video games.
