Andrew Taylor

Andrew Taylor serves as Corporate Counsel for VoltaGrid since December 2025, following a tenure as Associate General Counsel at Cotton Holdings Inc. from January 2018 to October 2025. Prior experience includes owning a law practice where Andrew provided legal consultation, and holding positions such as General Counsel at PinnacleART and Attorney at Currin, Wuest, Mielke, Paul & Knapp, PLLC. Andrew began legal practice at Counts & Bonacci, LLP as a Partner, and initially worked as a Contract Attorney at Eastham, Watson, Dale & Forney. Educational background includes a JD from South Texas College of Law, an MS in Human Resource Management from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University, and a BS in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University. Andrew also has extensive experience in human resources from roles at Shell and Applied Materials prior to entering the legal field.
