Earlier experience includes serving as a Business Analyst in Corporate Planning and Development at Gibson Energy and as a Senior Accountant at Grant Thornton LLP, where Troy conducted audits for various companies. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree from Queen's University, a CFA designation, and a CA designation from the CA School of Business, along with a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Alberta.
