Alexandre Bailly

Alexandre Bailly serves as the Country Finance Responsible for France and French Guiana at Voltalia since November 2021, overseeing controlling and accounting functions. Prior to this, Alexandre spent over 14 years at Shell in various finance roles, including Cluster Finance Manager for the France & Benelux Cluster, where responsibilities encompassed managing bitumen, sulphur, and specialties businesses, overseeing European supply chain control, and certifying financial accounts. Previous positions at Shell involved corporate controller responsibilities, accounts receivable and payable management, as well as corporate controller deputy roles focusing on cash flow and compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley. Alexandre's earlier experience includes a managerial position in purchasing at Pullman Paris Centre-Bercy. Academic credentials include a Master 2 in Finance d'Entreprise and a Maitrise de Sciences de Gestion, alongside a Brevet de technicien supérieur obtained from FERRANDI Paris.
