Arvind Jha

Arvind Jha currently serves as Head of R&D CR at Voltas Limited, a TATA Enterprise, where responsibilities include leading new product introduction strategies and design platforms for the CR business since February 2020. Previous roles include Assistant General Manager R&D, where Arvind led the R&D team and developed product ranges including horizontal freezers. With a diverse background, Arvind has also worked as a freelancer in product design consultancy, and held management positions at Metalfrio Solutions and Frigoglass, where achievements encompass establishing lean operations, developing new products for global markets, and optimizing product ranges for compliance with international standards. Arvind's educational background includes an M.Tech from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay and a Management Development Program from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode.
