Biplab Banerjee

Biplab Banerjee has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Biplab started their career in 2012 as a Senior Project Engineer at MANN Automation Engineering and Solutions Pvt. Ltd., where they were involved in industrial automation projects, PLC programming, SCADA programming, and project commissioning. In 2015, they joined IBM as a Business Operations Associate, responsible for service delivery platforms and mobile VAS. Biplab then transitioned to the role of Service Delivery Specialist, where they conducted DR drills and maintained SLA and KPI. In 2017, Biplab worked as a Technical & Business Analyst at Amdocs, and from 2018 to 2021, they served as a Delivery Lead and Engineer at Ericsson. Currently, they are employed at Volt Active Data as a PreSales & Customer Success Consultant, helping customers design scalable backend data systems and contributing to the growth of the company in India.

Biplab Banerjee completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya. Additionally, they obtained certifications in PRINCE2® Foundation Certification and PRINCE2® Practitioner Certificate in Project Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice in January 2020. In March 2017, they also obtained the IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL) from the same institution.
