Peter Hofierka

Peter Hofierka has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning from 2006 to the present. From 2006 to 2008 they worked as an Independent Project & NGO Consultant. From 2008 to 2011 they worked at DELOITTE as an Auditor, where they were responsible for audit in-charge for clients from 0,5M to 50M turnover, financial audit and other assurance services, leading the engagement team, risk evaluation, designing audit procedures, review and internal controls assessment, financial performance analysis, evaluating complex accounting issues, setup group reporting or junior staff training. From 2011 to 2012 they worked at Outhinq as a Digitalization and automation of company processes, Transforming Interesting Business Ideas into Business Opportunities and Creating & Validating Business Plans. From 2012 to 2015 they worked at GreenWay Infrastructure as CFO, where they were responsible for financing engineer, funding, tax planner, business modeler, building EV charging idea into startup and startup into The GreenWay Network - GreenWay is the smartest, largest charging network in the region of Central Europe with the aim to serve the market with 100M inhabitants. From 2015 to the present they have been working at Voltia as CIO, on a quest to bring leasing that is smarter, better & cheaper, 100% electric and 100% digital. Peter is responsible for reinventing the leasing industry for EVs & Digital-first into radically better leasing, developing 100% digital leasing product to bring a more compelling zero-emission offer to the market and thereby increase the share of electric vehicles. Peter is also the Group CFO finding ways how to make important changes happen at scale at Voltia.

Peter Hofierka has a long history of education. Peter holds an ACCA (the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) in Accounting and Finance, a Business Valuation, Authorized Appraiser Education from the EEI Institute in Business Valuation, Finance and Valuation Specialist at the Court proceedings, and a Msc. in Economics from the University of Economics in Master's in Economic.
