Phil Collins

Phil Collins has a strong background in technology and product roles. Phil is currently working as the Chief Technology & Product Officer (CTPO) at Voltric, where they are responsible for building a Mobility-as-a-Service offering. Phil'stasks at Voltric include setting company and product vision, owning technology strategy, defining and executing product roadmap, building technology architecture, and managing the technology team.

Before joining Voltric, Collins founded C3 Technology in 2017, which provides technology consulting services to start-ups, scale-ups, and enterprises. Phil has extensive experience in growth engineering, digital transformation, and supporting start-ups/scale-ups with technology leadership and advice. At C3 Technology, they have taken on various roles such as Fractional CTPO, Engineering Director, Product Leadership, and Solution Architecture.

Collins also has experience in engineering and leadership roles at other companies. Phil served as the Director of Engineering, Growth at Oda from April 2022 to February 2023. Phil was the Director of Engineering at TouchNote from March 2021 to August 2022, where they supported the entire technology team and delivered critical projects for growth strategy.

Earlier in their career, Collins worked as the Head of Software Engineering at Ecotricity from June 2018 to March 2021. Phil also held technology management roles at JUST EAT, HospitalityGEM, Capita Software Services, and Helphire.

Phil Collins attended Culverhay High School from 2000 to 2005, where they studied Information Technology. After completing high school, they enrolled in Hayesfield Technology College from 2005 to 2007, focusing on Information Technology. Alongside their formal education, Phil Collins also obtained various certifications, including Certified Dixa Admin from Dixa in June 2023, AWS VPC Operations from Pluralsight in March 2016, and several Docker and DevOps-related certifications from Pluralsight between 2015 and 2016.
