Perry Flemming

Perry Flemming is the current VP, Global Head of DEI and Social Impact at Voltron Data. Perry has dedicated their career to helping others and empowering underserved communities. Perry has held various positions at Experian, including Head of Credit, Wealth, and Health Equity, and Director of Experian Mortgage & Verifications Consulting. In these roles, Perry has worked to develop new mortgage product solutions and services, as well as to solve client pain points and cultivate relationships with Experian's partners. Perry is passionate about their work and committed to making a difference in the lives of their clients and customers.

Perry Flemming has an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Finance (Minor in Economics) from Morehouse College, a Master of Science (M.S.) in Real Estate from Georgia State University, and is currently working on their Doctor of Public Policy (ABD) in Housing Policy from USC Sol Price School of Public Policy.

Perry Flemming reports to Rodrigo Aramburu, COO. They are on a team with Mike Wendt - Vice President of DevOps, William Krueger - Senior Counsel, and Marisa Harriston - Communications Manager. Robert Reese - Grant Writer, Rachel Oatis - Senior Analyst – Strategy & Business Ops, and Daniel Hodo - Director of Financial Services & Social Impact report to Perry Flemming.
