Cynthia Hansen

Cynthia Hansen is an experienced IT professional who has worked at various organizations, including Voltus where Cynthia currently holds the title of IT Senior Systems Administrator. Prior to their current role, Cynthia served as a Systems Administrator at Northside ISD and as an IT Course Instructor at SAISD Adult & Community Education. Cynthia holds a Bachelor's degree in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia from The University of Texas at San Antonio. Throughout their career, Cynthia has been responsible for managing computer infrastructure, upgrading and installing hardware and software, troubleshooting IT issues, and maintaining support services within metrics.
