Maria Celis

Maria Celis has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Maria currently works at Voltus as a Sales Director. Prior to that, Maria held various roles at Schneider Electric, including Area Sales Manager, Sr. Customer Experience & Change Enablement Manager, Transformation, Sales Excellence, Tendering, and Inside Sales Manager, Outside Solution Sales Representative, Marketing Offer Manager, and Project Manager/Engineer. Before joining Schneider Electric, they worked as a Consultant Engineer at Compass Leadership. Maria's earliest work experience was as a Thermal Engineer at AMD.

Maria Celis attended the University of Waterloo from 2003 to 2009, where they studied Mechanical Engineering. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications including the Schneider Women Leaders' Program from INSEAD Executive Education in 2021, Successful Negotiation: Essential Strategies and Skills from Coursera in 2020, and Transforming Schneider Leadership (TSL) Level 4 from INSEAD Executive Education in 2017.
