Dror Bar-Lev has a diverse and extensive work experience in various industries. Dror started their career in 2002 as a Business Development Manager at Lufthansa Systems Berlin GmbH. Dror then moved on to Lufthansa Systems AG in 2006, where they worked as a Regional Sales Director, specializing in software and hardware solutions for airlines. In 2011, Dror established their own business development company, focusing on the energy and aviation sectors. Dror joined XCharge Europe GmbH in 2018 as a Regional Sales Director, responsible for business development across Europe. In 2013, Dror took on the role of Sales Director Israel at Volue, a consultancy and IT tool provider for the energy industry. Most recently, they served as the Director of Sales & Marketing (Interim) at ModuleWorks, a software component supplier to the machining industry. Throughout their career, Dror has demonstrated leadership skills, expertise in sales and marketing, and a focus on developing successful business relationships.
Dror Bar-Lev completed a Strategic Marketing Management program at Stanford Graduate School of Business in 2009. Prior to that, they obtained a Masters in Business Administration and Economics (Dipl.-Kfm.) from Rheinisch-Westfälische Technische Hochschule Aachen between 1997 and 2002. In 2023, Dror Bar-Lev obtained an EEX trader certificate from the European Energy Exchange AG.
