Wayne Holman

Wayne Holman currently serves as the Head of FP&A at Volue, a position held since September 2025. Previously, Wayne was the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Confluence from April 2024 to September 2025, and held the role of Financial Planning and Analysis Manager at 1Spatial from November 2022 to March 2024. Before returning to Confluence as Financial Planning and Analysis Director from November 2014 to July 2022, Wayne served as Financial Planning and Analysis Manager there. Wayne's earlier career includes roles as a Management Accountant at Freightliner and the Science Museum Group, along with an accounting position at Water Weights. Wayne's professional journey began as an Accountant at Debit Matters. Education includes studies at The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants from 2011 to 2017, a degree in Accounting and Finance from Cape Peninsula University of Technology (2006-2008), and Matric from Fish Hoek Senior High School (2002-2004).
