VoluntHero is an Australian software platform purpose-built for the volunteer-led organisations that hold our communities together — service clubs, sports clubs, chambers of commerce, and community groups.

Most of these organisations operate on goodwill, spreadsheets, and the institutional memory of whoever happens to be in the role this year. When committees turn over, that knowledge walks out the door. When governance fails, it fails quietly — in lost minutes, missed renewals, burnt-out volunteers, and audit findings no one saw coming.

VoluntHero replaces that fragility with infrastructure. We bring the four things every community organisation needs to run well into one platform:

• Meeting minutes management — governance-aligned record keeping, version control, and proper handling of corrections
• Governance — transparent, audit-ready financial workflows for treasurers and committees
• Event management — volunteer rostering, callouts and event coordination in one place
• Volunteer & member management — member records, renewals, and recognition aligned with the National Strategy for Volunteering 2023–2033
