Andy O'Brien has a diverse work experience in finance and leadership roles. Andy started their career at Lafarge in 2000, where they served as Finance Controller, Head of Operations, and Strategy Manager until 2006. Andy then joined GE Oil & Gas as the Regional Finance Leader for Scandinavia, Russia, and the Caspian region from 2006 to 2010. Following this, Andy worked at Aggreko, where they held various positions, including Finance Director for the International Projects and Middle East division from 2010 to 2014, Finance Director for Europe, Middle East, and Africa in 2014-2015, and Finance Director for Aggreko Power Solutions for the Latin America, Africa, Middle East, Russia, and Asia region from 2015 to 2019. Currently, they hold the position of Group CFO at Volution Group plc starting from July 2019.
