Billy Penner

Billy Penner, PMP, has a diverse background in information technology and project management, beginning with a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Universidade Positivo. Starting as a System Analyst at HSBC Private Bank from February 2000 to April 2008, Billy worked with mainframe technologies including Cobol, CICS, DB2, and Natural. Subsequently, from May 2008 to March 2022, Billy served as a System Analyst at ExxonMobil BSC Brasil Ltda, focusing on a Travel Accounting application developed in Focus language. During a concurrent role at ExxonMobil from January 2014 to December 2015, Billy transitioned to IT Project Manager, overseeing global infrastructure projects, including the implementation of Skype, Zoom, and Citrix, coupled with experience as a PMO specializing in cost and schedule management. Currently, Billy holds the position of Senior Information Technology Project Manager at Volvo Group since June 2022.
