Daniel Brun has over 15 years of experience in telecommunications, beginning as a Telecom Analyst at Nokia Siemens Networks from 2004 to 2008, where support for VOIP systems was provided to major clients such as TELMEX and Brasil Telecom. From November 2007 to December 2012, Daniel continued in a similar role at HSBC, significantly contributing to the Data and Voice Convergence Project, recognized as the largest VoIP initiative in Latin America at the time. Since December 2012, Daniel has been part of the Global Telecom Team at Volvo IT, focusing on Cisco IP Telephony support, Lync/Skype for Business administration, and Telecom Expense Management. Daniel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Universidade Federal do Paraná, a Technical degree in Electronics from Universidade Tecnológica Federal do Paraná, and a degree in Management of Information Technology from FAE Centro Universitário.
