Desiree Downs is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruitment and administration. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Volvo Group since March 2018, Desiree drives the recruitment process and manages candidate sourcing, validation, and talent pipeline development. Prior to this role, Desiree worked at Cone Health as a Physician Recruitment Lead Coordinator, where responsibilities included managing provider needs assessments and coordinating candidate itineraries.
