Edwin van Merode

Edwin van Merode is currently the Director of People & Culture at Volvo Group, where they focus on effective HR initiatives, long-term strategy, and simplified HR processes to enhance employee engagement. Previously, Edwin served as the Manager of Human Resources at Volvo Group Nederland from 2011 to 2016, where they managed HR processes and supported business growth amidst various organizational changes. Before that, they worked as a Corporate Recruiter at Mazars and as a Human Resources Officer at Bell Services Nederland. Edwin earned an HBO degree in Personnel & Labor from Haagse Hogeschool/TH Rijswijk from 1998 to 2002.
