Johan Åhlander

Johan Åhlander is the Director of Maintenance at Volvo GTO Köping. They have extensive experience in the automotive industry, having held various engineering and managerial roles at companies such as GKN and GETRAG. Earlier in their career, Johan worked as a CNC Machinist and later progressed to project management and engineering positions, focusing on continuous improvement and process optimization. They hold degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering Technologies, and have also completed specialized courses in Lean Basics.
