Currently serving as a Principal Leadership & Organisational Change Practitioner at Volvo Group, Bäckman focuses on aligning digitalization with human skills while transforming leadership in a digital work environment. Additionally, as the Business Owner of Balance for Life Sweden AB, Bäckman promotes awareness and balance in essential bodily functions and mental strength for a meaningful life. Involvement as a Global Partner Faculty & Trainer at Barrett Values Centre includes training leaders and consultants in Barrett Analytics.
