Ray Baker

Ray Baker is currently a Product Owner at Volvo CE EMEA, primarily focusing on Dealer Management Systems (DMS). Since 2003, they have served as a Chief Project Manager at Volvo CE, overseeing the implementation of a replacement DMS across national Construction Equipment dealers in Europe. In addition, they were an European Implementation Manager at Volvo Construction Equipment during the same period. Prior to this, Ray held product management roles at DCS Automotive and Distributive Computer Systems, where they managed teams implementing dealer management systems both in the UK and South Africa. Ray completed education at Kind Edwards VI, Southampton from 1972 to 1977.
