Smit Dave has a robust background in electrical and electronics engineering, holding a Master's degree from Chalmers University of Technology and a Bachelor's degree from Manipal Institute of Technology. Professional experience includes roles as Project Engineer at Mars Rover Manipal and Chalmers Formula Student, focusing on electrical safety and high voltage systems, as well as a Summer Internship at Schneider Electric, where Smit was involved in configuring integrated electric drives and human-machine interfaces. Most recently, Smit served as a Test Engineer at Volvo Construction Equipment, contributing to automated testing of electrified drive-line components within an Agile framework, and has also held positions as Senior System Verification Engineer and System Verification Engineer at Volvo Group, focusing on the degradation and diagnostics of traction electric machines.
