Sofia Letaief is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in change management and quality assurance within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Change Manager at Volvo Group since August 2025, Sofia was previously an EMEA QMS Project Manager at Kenvue, where efforts focused on the implementation of a new Quality Management System following the separation of Consumer Health from Johnson and Johnson.
