Anders le Dous has extensive experience in the automotive and energy sectors, particularly in climate control and fluid dynamics. At Volvo Car Group from October 2012 to December 2019, Anders served as Climate Control Leader, developing and implementing climate control functionalities for vehicles. Following this, Anders worked at Swedish Stirling AB as Team Leader for the Test, Analysis, and Verification team from December 2019 to August 2023, overseeing the development of the POWERBLOCK 400kW product. Currently, Anders is a Noise- and Vibration Analysis Engineer at Volvo Cars since January 2024, focusing on the interior climate system. Earlier roles include fluid dynamics analyst positions at both Volvo Car Group and Caran Dynamics, enhancing engine performance through simulations and design analysis. Anders holds a Master of Science degree in Energy Technology and Fluid Dynamics from Chalmers University of Technology, obtained in 1997.
