Jonathan Bal

Jonathan Bal is currently a team leader at Volvo Cars, where they have been involved in various roles since 2022, including team instructor and operator. Prior to this, they worked as an R&D pilot line assistant at Puratos: Belcolade from 2008 to 2016 and served as a packaging operator at Agristo NV from 2016 to 2019. Jonathan has also pursued a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Hogeschool West-Vlaanderen, which they completed in 2023, following a similar degree at Howest SJS Brugge from 2014 to 2018. Their diverse background includes experiences in social work, warehousing, and customer service.
