Paya Do is a Design Lead at Volvo Cars, bringing over a decade of experience in end-to-end product design and design leadership, particularly in E-commerce and fintech. With a background at notable companies such as Amazon, Mercari, Klarna, and H&M Group, Paya has demonstrated expertise in leading large design teams and advocating for accessibility and universal design. As a former co-founder of a start-up, they are passionate about social contribution and decentralized economies, and they frequently speak at conferences. Paya holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University and is multilingual, having lived in four different countries.
