Per Edberg

Per Edberg is an experienced automotive engineering professional currently serving as the Head of Vehicle Engineering at Volvo Cars, a position held since August 2011, focusing on R&D in China. Prior roles at Volvo include Director Strategy & Concept and Director Concept Development, overseeing vehicle engineering concepts and systems management. Previous experience includes a Senior Manager position at Volvo Cars of North America and management roles in external test facilities and automatic transmissions. Edberg began a career in transmission design engineering at General Motors before returning to Volvo to focus on noise, vibration, and harshness attributes.
