赵沁怡

沁怡 赵 is a Manager of UX Research at Volvo Cars, where they build and lead the user research team within the China UX organization, shaping its vision and strategic direction. Previously, they served as a UI/UX Design Researcher at Citibank, conducting user-centered design processes for the digital channels of global consumer banking. With experience as a Senior User Researcher and Lead UX Researcher, 沁怡 has a strong background in implementing qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. They hold master's degrees in Design and Visual Communications from Shandong University and in Innovation and Technology Management from the University of Bath. Always curious and committed to continuous learning, 沁怡 mentors junior researchers and fosters a culture of research excellence.
