晓宁 于 is currently the Production Director at Volvo Cars in the stamping and welding shop. They previously held positions as the Logistics and Plant Engineering Director at Volvo Cars, as well as IE Manager and Head of General Assembly at Qoros. Earlier in their career, they served as Senior Assembly Production Manager at Brilliance BMW and Manager of Logistics at Global International Freight. They earned an M.B.A. in General Management from Central Queensland University.
