Sandra Fall

Sandra Fall serves as a Talent Partner and Leadership Coach at Volvo Cars since January 2011, focusing on aligning global customer care initiatives with company strategies while driving people and leadership development efforts, including diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Sandra is also the Founder and Team Lead of the diversABILITY initiative at Volvo Cars, aimed at fostering an inclusive environment that values diverse abilities. Previous roles at Volvo include Senior Buyer, Senior Communications Specialist, and Head of Internal Communications, where Sandra led multiple strategic communication and change management initiatives. In addition to a corporate career, Sandra has been a part-time global yoga instructor at SATS since July 2021, and holds several yoga teaching certifications. Educational background includes a variety of studies in performing arts and business economics, as well as upcoming coaching qualifications.
