Stephen Connor is an experienced automotive executive with a diverse background in leadership roles spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Managing Director at Volvo Cars since April 2017, Stephen focuses on driving automotive change, innovation, and performance. Previous positions include Chief Operating Officer and Acting Managing Director at Kia Motors Corporation, and various roles at Kia Motors Australia Pty Ltd, Jarvis Group, and the Omzest Group - MTU. Stephen's expertise also includes managing substantial operations at Perodua UK, Volkswagen, and Chrysler UK, where responsibilities encompassed sales management, network development, and strategic leadership.
