Tracy Guan is the HRBP Head at Volvo Cars, bringing over 15 years of HR experience across various industries, with more than six years focused in the APAC region. Tracy has a proven track record in driving people strategies, diagnosing business challenges, and enhancing organizational performance. Prior roles include HR Supervisor at Variosystems and HR Manager at B&Q China, where they successfully led talent management and organizational restructuring initiatives. Tracy holds a Bachelor's degree in Radio and Television Journalism from Nantong University and a Master's degree in Human Resources & Organization Development from The University of Hong Kong.
