Xiaodan Chen

Xiaodan (Vivian) Chen is an experienced professional in supply chain management and project leadership, with a robust background in the automotive industry. At Volvo Cars from January 2018 to May 2021, Xiaodan held multiple leadership roles, including Program Leader and Plant Supply Chain Engineer Manager, where key achievements included establishing new supply chain teams, delivering lean logistics solutions, and driving significant cost savings through local sourcing efforts. Prior to Volvo, Xiaodan worked at FORVIA as a Plant Logistic Project Supervisor and at Henkel as a Supply Chain Management Leader and Global Management Trainee, gaining comprehensive expertise in SAP systems and logistics project delivery.
