Yan Hang is currently the Head of HR NSC Greater China at Volvo Cars, following a role as PM in People Experience from 2020 to 2022. Previously, Yan served as Asia Pac HRD at Steinway & Sons, where they were recognized for excellence in HR strategy in China by the end of 2018. Yan's extensive experience also includes roles at Eaton Fluid Power, Stanley Black & Decker, and Tenneco, focusing on HR leadership, integration, and organizational development across various industries in Greater China. Yan earned a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Economics from Renmin University of China and a Doctor of Business Administration from Business School Netherlands.
