Charles Cox

Charles Cox is an experienced software development professional with a strong background in technical leadership and project management. Currently serving as the Director of Software Development at Vonage since November 2014, Charles has previously held positions as Senior Technical Manager and Software Development Manager. Prior to Vonage, Charles worked as the Software Engineer Lead at Enterprise Information Services, where involvement in the Open Source Collection and Requirements Management System development was key, utilizing technologies such as Java EE, JavaScript, and Oracle databases. Charles's earlier experience includes being a Senior Software Systems Engineer/Project Manager at Lockheed Martin, earning recognition for enhancing product reliability and delivery speed. Charles holds a Master’s degree in Systems Engineering from The George Washington University and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Auburn University.
