Ellen Maccabe is an accomplished market research professional with extensive experience in customer and market insights. Currently serving as the Director of Customer and Market Insights at Vonage since February 2013, Ellen leads qualitative and quantitative research efforts in global unified communications, contact center, and API markets, focusing on customer experience, brand health, and market opportunities.
