Laura Townsend

Laura Townsend serves as the D&I Program Manager at Vonage since June 2019, where Laura co-founded and chairs the Mental Health and Wellness Employee Resource Group and is a member of the D&I board. Previously, Laura served as a Brand Senior Project Manager, significantly contributing to Vonage's rebranding efforts. Prior to Vonage, Laura held various roles at NewVoiceMedia, including Global Knowledge Management and Global Training and Engagement Manager, where a focus was placed on empowering team development. Laura's earlier experience includes positions at Oracle, Arrow ECS, Computacenter, Global Knowledge, and HSBC, encompassing sales, business development, and customer service. Laura earned a BA Hons in Fine Art from London Guildhall University and holds 7 GCSEs from Holt School.
