Mark Smith is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in account management, digital transformation, and mobile communications. Currently serving as the Key Account Director for Communications APIs at Vonage since March 2019, Mark focuses on enhancing customer journeys through innovative communication solutions. Prior to this role, Mark held leadership positions at Engage Australia Pty Ltd as Head of Digital and at Oxygen8 Group as Digital Solutions Manager and Business Development Manager.
