Martyn Frank

Martyn Frank is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and geospatial intelligence. Currently serving as Senior Director and Head of Fusion Platform at Vonage since September 2018, Martyn has successfully scaled the product management team and led the development of significant AI-driven solutions while enhancing customer experience across various digital channels. Prior roles include directing product management and serving as a Senior Product Manager, where Martyn improved platform efficiency by optimizing product offerings and implementing feature retirement processes. Earlier in the career, Martyn gained valuable experience as a Scrum Master and Software Engineer at NewVoiceMedia and ActiveOps, and as a Lead Geospatial Intelligence Analyst with HM Forces, where innovative geospatial techniques were developed to support military operations. Martyn holds an M.Sc. in Geographic Information Systems from the University of Leeds and a Foundation Degree in Applied Computing from the Royal School of Military Survey.
