Michael Kranick has extensive experience in technical support and customer service, currently serving as Sr. Manager of VBE & VCC Technical Support at Vonage since November 2012. In this role, Michael develops goals and metrics for technicians and engineers, focusing on creating processes that enhance efficiency and customer experience. Previous positions at Vonage include Manager of VBE Technical Support and Sr. Supervisor of Advanced Operations.
