Udayan Jain serves as the Chief Financial Officer for the Applications Segment at Vonage, overseeing the financial and strategic direction of a $550 million revenue business unit focused on Unified Communications and Contact Center applications globally. Jain played a pivotal role in the successful acquisition of Vonage by Ericsson in July 2022 for $6 billion and is also a Board Member of the Vonage Foundation, which aims to enhance communication access through technology. Prior to Vonage, Jain held various key positions, including Partner at Arishna Enterprise Partners, Co-Founder and Managing Director at Infrastructure Growth Capital, Senior Associate at General Atlantic, Venture Associate at Morgan Stanley Venture Partners, and Investment Banking Analyst at Gleacher & Company. Jain holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a focus on Finance and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Systems Engineering, both from the University of Pennsylvania.
