Caroline Cooper

Caroline Cooper is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Global People & Culture Shared Services at Vontier since October 2024, Cooper is instrumental in establishing a new function as part of a comprehensive HR transformation initiative, leading a 25-person team across international regions. Prior to this role, Cooper was the Director of People and Culture at DRB, overseeing senior HR business partners and operations, and previously held the position of Talent & Development Director at SmithFoods, Inc., where strategic human capital initiatives were aligned with business objectives. Additional experience includes roles at The J.M. Smucker Co. focusing on HR shared services, organizational support during transitions, and leadership development programs.
