Lucy Chen 陈孝茹

Lucy Chen is an experienced HR leader with around 18 years in multinational companies, including 12 years as an HR Head. They have served in various strategic HR roles across diverse industries, including positions at Sapa, ASSA ABLOY, and Vontier, where Lucy currently holds the role of HR Director, GVR China. Lucy's extensive experience encompasses organizational development, talent acquisition, and employee relations, as well as M&A integration and project leadership in compensation and benefits initiatives. Lucy obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration from Renmin University of China.
