Paul Shimp

Paul Shimp has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as Vice President Internal Audit at Vontier from February 2020 to February 2022. Paul then transitioned to the position of Vice President Chief Accounting Officer at the same company, starting in February 2022. Prior to their time at Vontier, Paul worked at EY for several years, where they held various roles including Partner from July 2016 to October 2019 and Staff - Senior Manager Assurance Services from September 2003 to June 2016.

Paul Shimp received a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Florida State University in 2002. Paul then pursued a Master's degree in Accounting at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, which they completed in 2003. Prior to their college education, Paul Shimp graduated from George Jenkins High School in 1998. Paul holds a certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation.
