Steven Okpych

Steven Okpych has over 30 years of experience in tax leadership roles. Steven most recently served as the Vice President of Tax at Vontier, a global company focused on transportation and mobility. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Corporate Tax at Nuance Communications. Steven has also held various Vice President positions at CA Technologies, where they provided tax leadership and direction for their EMEA business, managed tax planning and business advisory functions, and oversaw worldwide tax planning and indirect taxes. Earlier in their career, they held tax director and senior tax director roles at Honeywell, InVentiv Health Inc., and Minerals Technologies. Steven began their professional career as a Tax Senior at Arthur Andersen. Throughout their career, Steven has been responsible for tax compliance, research, planning, audit defense, risk management, transfer pricing, and tax accounting.

Steven Okpych received their Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Hofstra University in 1988. Steven went on to obtain a Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Finance and Tax from New York University from 1995 to 1999. Prior to their time at Hofstra University, they attended SUNY Oneonta from 1984 to 1986, but did not receive a degree or specify a field of study.
