Alexandre Valentian

Alexandre Valentian has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and project management. Alexandre currently works as a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager at Voodoo since June 2023. Prior to this, Alexandre worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Proprioo from September 2020 to June 2023, where they managed the entire recruitment process and provided guidance to managers. Alexandre also worked as a Talent Growth Manager at SPARTED from January 2020 to August 2020, focusing on recruiting profiles for the company and implementing new talent acquisition processes. Alexandre has also worked at Orange as a Chef de projets RH from September 2018 to January 2020, and as an Apprentice: Chargé de projets RH from September 2017 to August 2018. Alexandre has experience in project management and was responsible for the Offboarding project, overseeing different teams and monitoring project progress. Alexandre has also worked as a Consultant en recrutement at Générationnel from February 2017 to September 2017, where they recruited profiles in various domains and handled client relationships. Earlier in their career, Alexandre worked as a Recruiter at Arrowman Executive Search from April 2016 to September 2016, identifying and recruiting candidates for different sectors. Alexandre also served as a Membre du bureau at IAEx from September 2015 to August 2016.

Alexandre Valentian received their education from various institutions over the years. From 2015 to 2018, they attended IAE Paris-Est and completed their Master 2 (M2) degree in Gestion des Ressources Humaines dans les multinationales. In 2016 and 2017, Alexandre attended Budapest Business University, where they obtained a Diplôme universitaire in International Management. Prior to that, from 2012 to 2015, they studied at Université Paris Cité and earned a Licence d'économie in Économie de gestion.
