Cosmin C. has a diverse work experience in various roles in the technology industry. Cosmin is currently working at Voodoo as an Engineering Manager since July 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Release Manager at Voodoo starting from January 2021. Before joining Voodoo, Cosmin worked at Brigad ⚡️ as the Lead of QA from February 2019 to July 2020. Cosmin also gained experience as a QA Engineer at TextMaster from January 2017 to February 2019. Cosmin's earlier experience includes working at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where they served as a QA Activity Lead responsible for leading a team of QA in automation testing and managing the beta program for the Operations Orchestration product. Cosmin also worked as a QA Engineer at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, focusing on maintaining, installing, and configuring 3rd party environments. Prior to that, Cosmin worked as a QA Engineer at Thomsons Online Benefits and SoftVision.

Cosmin C. completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Electrical Engineering Technologies/Technicians from the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca, which they attended from 2004 to 2009. Cosmin then pursued further education at the same university, completing Post University Courses in Applied Informatics and Programming from 2010 to 2012. In 2009 to 2010, Cosmin also took Cisco Networking (CCNA courses) at the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca in the field of Network and System Administration/Administrator.

In addition to their formal education, Cosmin obtained certifications in Quality Management Foundations from LinkedIn in June 2020 and Agile Certified Professional from ICAgile in April 2014.
