Nicolas Thumelin

Nicolas Thumelin has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Nicolas began their career as an Accounting Assistant at MIEKO, where they managed accounts and invoices. Nicolas then worked as a Server at Le Tour de France for a brief time.

Following this, Nicolas worked as a Strategy Consultant for Nike, focusing on increasing shop traffic and revenue in Lyon. Nicolas conducted market analysis and implemented corrective actions.

Nicolas then became a Project Manager at COOPSCO/Fédération québécoise des coopératives en milieu scolaire (FQCMS), where they led a communication campaign to engage students and transformed the shopping experience.

Nicolas later worked as a Digital and IT Strategy Consultant at Wavestone, where they implemented Agile@Scale methodology in the IT department of the Ministry of Justice.

Nicolas joined Doctolib as a Project Manager, where they created and deployed strategic partnerships with medical software publishers, developing specific connectors to improve the practitioner experience.

Nicolas also served as a Partnerships Manager at KRYPTOSPHERE®, the first student association in France dedicated to new technologies. Nicolas focused on training and consulting, as well as carrying out research and studies.

Nicolas worked as an Author at Editions First, where they co-created a book on the phenomenon of attention economy and screen addiction. The book aims to encourage a healthier use of connected tools.

Nicolas then transitioned to a role as a Strategic Project Manager at AUTO1 Group, coordinating the publishing process for the AutoHero brand across 9 markets and 80 websites.

Currently, Nicolas works as a Music Publishing Associate at Voodoo.

Nicolas Thumelin began their education in 2014 at Lycée Antoine de saint-Exupéry, where they obtained their Baccalauréat Scientifique. From 2015 to 2017, they attended IUT Lyon 1 and completed their degree in IUT Gestion des Entreprises et des Administrations. During this time, they studied subjects such as Economics, Financial Mathematics, Marketing, and Accounting.

In 2017, Nicolas pursued further education at Université Lumière Lyon 2, where they obtained their Licence 3 in Science Économie de gestion. Nicolas also attended Lycée la Martinière Duchère in the same year, focusing on Prépa ATS and Économie de gestion.

Nicolas Thumelin then enrolled in emlyon business school from 2018 to 2021, where they pursued a degree in PGE (Programme Grande École). However, the field of study for this degree is not specified.

In addition to their formal education, Nicolas Thumelin also obtained certifications in Project Management: Master Project Management - PMP/PMI from Udemy in April 2022 and Blockchain Essentials from developerWorks in March 2020.
