Philippe Huang

Philippe Huang 黄忠杰 is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at Voodoo.io since August 2019, Philippe specializes in structuring M&A projects, fundraising, and managing equity incentives. Prior to this role, Philippe worked as an Avocat at Pinot de Villechenon & Associes, focusing on start-ups and M&A transactions. Philippe has also contributed to academia as a teaching assistant at Université Paris-Sud and held various positions in prominent law firms, including Associate M&A at Gide Loyrette Nouel and Attorney at Linklaters.
